How To Cancel Premier Subscription
Click your account drop down menu located at the upper right corner of the site and select Challonge Premier.
Next, click Cancel Subscription and a new window will appear for confirmation. Kindly select from the drop down menu your reason for cancelling. You may also write your comments and/or suggestions if any.
A prompt will then appear after completing the form. Click OK.
Your subscription status is now updated. You can always reactivate your subscription anytime by going back to the Manage Subscriptions page.
