Click your account drop down menu located at the upper right corner of the site and select Challonge Premier, Settings, or alternatively click here and be directed straight to your subscriptions page.
If you clicked "Settings" from the account drop down, simply select "subscriptions" on the left.
Once on the Manage Subscriptions page, click the "cancel subscription" button.
Then a pop-up box will appear asking for the reason for your cancellation, select one of the options and then you have the option to include comments. Once done select "Cancel My Subscription"
A box will appear asking to confirm your cancellation, click "OK" and the cancellation will take effect.
