Sending Private Messages in a tournament

Communication is one of the key factors for having a successful tournament or event. As a tournament organizer, sending of private messages within a tournament is a huge advantage especially for releasing announcements, reminders for upcoming matches, sudden change of rules and many more.


Click the Standings tab.


At the end of the Standings table, you should see this link.



All the recipients of your message will be shown at the recipients box. You can click the "X" button across each usernames if you wish to only send messages to specific recipients. Adding usernames of participating players is also possible by clicking inside the box.


Participants should have their own Challonge accounts in order to receive private messages from the tournament organizers.


Participants can check their personal messages and reply.
