Granting Admin Access for your Tournament
Granting Admin Access for your Tournament
When hosting a tournament, sometimes check-in, management, score reporting, and managing participants becomes too much for one person to handle. Luckily, Challonge has an easy feature to grant other Challonge users the ability to help manage a tournament.
First, go to your 'Tournament Page' and click 'Settings'

Next, scroll all the way down to your 'Advance Settings' and click on the 'Permissions Tab' and check the 'Share Admin Access' box

Then, type in the user's username in the box that appears and click 'Save Changes'

Once you save your changes, the person who was granted access with receive an email stating that they were granted admin access

Also, they will receive a notification on Challonge inside of your profile's notifications stating that they were given admin access

Now, you have multiple people with administrator access to help you run your tournaments and manage all of the little details.
