Where to Address Tournament Questions and Disputes

The Challonge developers do our best to not interfere with user organized tournaments hosted on Challonge. The best way to communicate any dispute or question about a hosted tournament is to contact the person organizing that tournament through the private message system.

While signed into your account, you can click the tournament organizer's username to go to his/her profile.



Once on his/her profile, simply click the "Private Message" button to send a private message detailing your questions or any dispute that you may have.
