How to Report & Indicate Forfeits by Removing Participants

Various circumstances can cause a player or team to forfeit a tournament match. Luckily, Challonge makes it easy to report that forfeit and displays it accordingly on the actual bracket.

Find the participant (individual or team) that is forfeiting. In the example below this is A1.

Under the participants tab, remove A1 from the tournament

Confirm the removal and that all open matches will be forfeited

View the bracket to see the participant name has been stricken and the opposing participant automatically advances with no score being reported
