How to Delete A Tournament In An Event

The key here is to void each participant's paid orders which can be managed from the Event dashboard.

Click the Events tab and select your event.

This is your Event dashboard. Select Orders from the Manage category. Orders are also displayed at the dashboard's bottom section.

To review a customer's order information before voiding, click the Order Number link or Cogwheel icon and select View order. Once everything is finalized, select Void order.

A prompt message will appear for confirmation. Click OK.

Once all paid orders are void, return to your tournament's Settings then Advanced Options and delete the tournament.
