How to reset match results and reopen matches
Made a mistake? Need to reset to a few rounds prior? Reopening a match can help. Any reopened match will also reopen any branching matches as well.
First navigate to the "Bracket" tab in your tournament.
Then hover over the match you wish to reopen and change the result of. You will see a "redo" symbol - click that.
Note: This button will NOT appear if the tournament has ended. If you wish to change scores after the tournament has ended, learn more here.
Once you click that it will ask you to confirm that you wish to reopen this match.
After pressing "Ok" you will be able to report a new score for the match.
Reopening earlier matches within the bracket will remove results from all matches impacted. For Example, in this screenshot I reopen a round 1 match and the other matches impacted have their scores removed.
