Participants can end up tied despite all the other tie-break settings. Organizers have the option to manually assign tie-break points to break ties. For example, if two tied users decide to play rock paper scissors to declare the true winner, the organizer can break the tie by assigning a tie-break point to the winner.
Go to settings and ensure the 4th tie-break box is set to Manual Tie Break
To break a tie, simply select "assign manual tie-breaks" in the standings tab
After clicking the "assign manual tie-breaks" you will see the following menu. From here you can add the tie-break points.
Once you assign the tie-break points, click save and you will see the points shown in the standings.
Note: If you do not use tie-break points, ties between participants that are tied despite all other tie-break methods will be broken based on pre-match seeding.Updated on: 24/08/2026
