How to manage Substitutions within your tournament

Sometimes in your tournament a participant might not be able to play for a multitude of reasons, however, instead of the player forfeiting, you find someone to take their place. Here is how you can substitute players into your tournament.

First go to the participants tab in your tournament

From here you can see the list of participants:

Next, locate the participant you are wanting to put a substitute in for. In this case it is 'James'

Select the 'Substitute' button and a box will pop up asking you for the substitutes display name or username/email.

Simply enter the substitutes display name or email/username and click 'Save.' Now you can see the new updated participant that has been subbed in
