# Renaming your Tournament

# Renaming your Tournament

Sometimes when we make a tournament, we want to change its name for a number of reasons. Maybe there was a typo, a change in sponsorship, or you want to archive it years later. Regardless of your reasoning, Challonge has made it simple to change the name of your existing tournaments!

| First, go to the "Settings" tab of the tournament

| Next, scroll down to "Tournament Name" and you can edit whatever the name was to make it whatever you want to be
