# How To Stop Receiving Community Announcement Notifications

### Stop receiving email notifications.

Once you're no longer active with all the tournaments and events hosted under a specific Community, you may unfollow them to stop receiving Announcement Notifications. This process will free you from all the notifications being sent to your email and [Challonge](https://challonge.com/) account.

Followers of a specific Community will receive a notification like this:

Go to the Community's page and locate the **Following** button. It should be at the top-right side of the page. Once you hover it, it will say "Unfollow." Simply click and you will be removed from announcement notifications.
