# How To Cancel Tournament Registration

Participants can follow these steps to cancel their own registration for any tournament. 

| First, [log into Challonge.](https://challonge.com/user_session/new) 

| Next, click 'Your Tournaments' and select the tournament you are wanting to unregister from.

|| Note: Tournaments are you participating in AND hosting will appear in this list. 


| Next, find and click the 'Your Settings' tab on the left, then the red 'unregister' button at the bottom right.

| Your cancellation will be successful once this dialog box appears. At this point you've been removed from participation in the tournament.
