# How to add Custom Form Fields To Prediction Contests

## Gather more information about your Prediction holders.

**Custom Fields** empowers tournament organizers to gather more detailed information about participants (individuals or teams) at the time of registration. Using a similar process for [Custom Registration Fields](https://kb.challonge.com/en/article/how-to-add-custom-registration-fields-1fco5m6/), tournament organizers now have the option of enabling Custom Fields for submitting predictions.

One of the benefits of [subscribing to Premier](https://challonge.com/pricing) is the ability to download a CSV file or have it sent via email connected to your Challonge account. It contains all the answers for your Custom Questions and this could be found in the `Predictions` tab.

You will also have access to the email addresses of those that opt-in to share their email along with their prediction.
